Duties
Are you a skilled experience designer who thrives on turning complex enterprise workflows into polished, compelling experiences? Do you bring equal strength to high-visibility demonstration work and day-to-day UX delivery? If so, you may be the right fit for our Digital Technology Experience Design (DTXD) team. As part of this team, you will serve as a dedicated design partner to our DTIO (Digital Technology Intelligent Operations) workstream, contributing across experience design initiatives while prioritizing demonstration-quality work for internal stakeholder audiences. This is an opportunity to have real impact on how people across ServiceNow experience and adopt digital technology.
What you get to do in this role
- Design and deliver polished, demonstration-quality experience flows scoped to defined DTIO scenarios — the primary and most immediate focus of this role.
- Contribute to broader DTIO experience design initiatives as workstream priorities evolve, including workflow design, concept visualization, and experience documentation.
- Collaborate closely with embedded DTXD designers and DTIO stakeholders to ensure design work is grounded in real user and business context.
- Work independently from loose briefs, bringing structure and craft to ambiguous problems.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-craft design culture within the DTXD team.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and related systems strongly preferred.
