Summary: Russell Tobin is seeking a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) for a 12-month remote contract to support the development of a web-based ID card application. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements.
- Automate manual test cases and contribute to automation framework development.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and the Test Lead to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in demo sessions and provide usability and functionality feedback.
- Contribute to testing best practices and continuous process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing (UAT or QA roles).
- Strong background in manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA).
