Overview You will serve as the critical bridge between clients and tax preparation services, ensuring quality and accuracy while maintaining strong client relationships. This role puts you at the center of tax operations for a growing firm, where your expertise directly impacts client satisfaction and business success. Schedule: 9 am to 1 pm CST (5 hours overlap) from Monday to Friday. The remaining 3 hours per day can work flexibly.
