Urgent Workday Security & Workday Extend Consultant (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security & Workday Extend Consultant with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday Security frameworks and custom Workday Extend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Workday HCM, Security Administration, Integration Security, and Workday Extend development.

Required Experience: 10+ Years of Workday Security Experience

• Configure and maintain Workday Security Groups, Roles, Domains, and Business Process Security Policies.
• Design and implement Role-Based Security and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Perform security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Troubleshoot security access issues and support user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Manage Integration System Users (ISU), Authentication Policies, and API security.

10+ Years of Workday Extend Experience

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Build user interfaces, workflows, and business processes within Workday Extend.
• Develop solutions leveraging Workday APIs, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.
• Create custom dashboards, forms, and employee self-service applications.
• Support application testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
