Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PDP content strategies across e-commerce platforms
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market positioning and identify opportunities
- Perform product benefits analysis to inform messaging and visual storytelling
- Lead image and content strategy for:
- "Above-the-fold" product image carousels (e.g., Amazon A+/B+ content)
- "Below-the-fold" enhanced content
- Create and optimize SEO-driven copy
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and CX team members to bring content to life
- Manage content projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor content performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze e-commerce metrics to improve conversion and engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations for incremental improvements
