Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, upgrade, patch, configure, troubleshoot, and administer third-party vendor tools (related to WCS/WAS)
  • Perform database and software lifecycle activities to ensure highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements
  • Perform Load and Performance Tuning of WAS/WCS - including JDK, JRE, Custom Code (working jointly with Application Teams/Developers)
  • Analyze Java Heap dumps and provide root cause analysis for application teams
  • Install and manage SSL Certificates on Production and lower-level Environments
  • Administer, monitor, replicate and invalidate Cache objects (Dynacache)
  • Install, configure, maintain WCBD (Build and Deployment Process) integrated with Jenkins
  • Work with shell scripts including ANT Scripts, Linux Shell
  • Configure WebSphere Commerce messaging transports
  • Set up and control WebSphere Commerce site security

Key Skills:

  • Experience with WebSphere Commerce and WebSphere Application Server
  • Proficiency in database management and software lifecycle activities
