Summary: The Transformation Project Director/Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading programs in politically sensitive environments, managing stakeholder relationships at the CxO level, and overseeing the planning and coordination of related projects.   • The Project Director/Senior Program Manager leads programs in highly politicized engagements, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at CxO level.
  • The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within a program of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives.
  • They maintain a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining, and communicating a vision of the outcome of the program and associated benefits. (The vision, and the means of achieving it, may change as the program progresses).
  • They are responsible for the agreement of business requirements, and translation of requirements into operational plans as well as the determination, monitoring, and review of program scope, revenue, cost against the program budget, margin, schedule, program resources, inter-dependencies, and program risk.
  • They are involved in the development and promotion of the company portfolio, collaborating closely with the management team in strategic decisions and business development.
