Summary: The Transformation Project Director/Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading programs in politically sensitive environments, managing stakeholder relationships at the CxO level, and overseeing the planning and coordination of related projects. This role involves maintaining a strategic view of projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and managing program scope, budget, and risks. The position requires prior experience in managing large outsourcing transitions and service transformations. This is a contract position based remotely in the CST time zone.

  • The Project Director/Senior Program Manager leads programs in highly politicized engagements, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at CxO level.
  • The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within a program of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives.
  • They maintain a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining, and communicating a vision of the outcome of the program and associated benefits.
