Role: Sr Manager- Application Production support -Techno Functional role
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 months
We are looking for Sr. Manager who has strong experience in managing Application Production support teams ( it can be any application used by that client )
Candidate will be responsible for managing entire production support work flow and giving directions where ever needed to resolve the issues as a Techno Functional lead- leading from the front.
Responsible for managing ServiceNow tickets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, driving escalations, tracking SLAs, and ensuring issues are resolved and closed
