Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Appian applications.
- Ensure configuration, continuous code integration, development, and functional testing.
- Understand requirements and map them to business processes.
- Design and develop database objects to support BPM applications.
- Deliver projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Participate in day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.
- Handle integration objects and define application user roles and responsibilities.
- Optimize processes and write optimized queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Lead large programs of work with multiple functional and technical capabilities.
