Summary: The role is for a remote Workday Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant responsible for leading implementations and optimizing processes within Workday Payroll and Time/Attendance systems. Candidates must have extensive experience in managing these systems and be prepared to demonstrate their expertise in creating test scripts and managing the Workday Change/Time & Attendance system. This is a contract position lasting over 9 months. The role requires strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementations of Workday Payroll and Time/Attendance systems.
• Optimize processes and bridge business and technical teams.
• Create test scripts and manage the Workday Change/Time & Attendance system.
• Prepare functional design, configuration, test case preparation, and execution.
• Conduct end-user training and documentation.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in full cycle implementation of Workday Payroll and/or Symplr/Workday Time and Attendance system.
• Expertise in Payroll Tax Compliance, Wage and Hour laws, and Overtime requirements.
• Solid understanding of Payroll Data and Reporting in Workday/Symplr Time and Attendance system.
• Expertise in Functional Design, Configuration, Test case preparation, Test execution, and remediation.
• Superior communication skills.
