Summary: We are looking for a hands-on SAP SCM Resource Manager to oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and project staffing within manufacturing and supply chain functions. The role involves utilizing Wrike and SAP S/4HANA to synchronize workforce and machine capacity with production schedules and demand plans, while also managing cross-functional team coordination and performance metrics. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive process improvements and training. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage resource capacity across teams, plants, and production lines
• Translate SAP data into staffing and shift plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources with demand
• Run resource reviews, resolve conflicts, and support project timelines
• Track utilization and performance metrics; generate reports (Excel, Power BI)
• Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
• Improve processes and train teams on tools and best practices

Key Skills:

• 5+ years in resource/capacity management (manufacturing or supply chain)
• Strong experience with Wrike and SAP S/4HANA
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI preferred)
