- Definition and maintenance of processes for Unix environment build, deployment of project deliverables, and test environment support
- Continuous improvement of Unix environment installation, internal tools and processes, configuration, and application deployment processes
- Collaboration with Engineering Rooms and Service Provision teams to ensure best practices within the technical area
- Initial diagnosis and progression of environment issue resolution
- Risk and issue management, including identification and resolution support
- Liaison with Technical Delivery lead, Engineering Rooms, and Service Provision regarding resource/support requirements for environment support activities
- Collection and reporting of metrics to the Technical Delivery lead
