Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for UKG implementation (Time Tracking & Scheduling).
- Define and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.

- Establish structured processes for test tracking (moving beyond Excel-based methods).
- Partner with Deloitte and Gundersen Health stakeholders to ensure smooth testing execution.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Drive alignment across project teams for timely delivery and readiness for Go-Live.
