Summary: The UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping and Integration Specialist role involves supporting a large-scale Workforce Management implementation, focusing on timekeeping configuration, functional integrations, and system support across UKG Pro WFM and Kronos WFC platforms. Candidates must possess strong functional analysis, testing, stakeholder collaboration, and production support skills. This position is fully remote and requires a high level of technical expertise in the relevant systems. The role is expected to run from June 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with a possibility of extension or conversion to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping modules (Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation).
- Analyze new business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
- Support functional integrations between UKG Pro WFM, Workday, and other CHOP systems.
- Build and maintain CRTs and Boomi integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure system stability.
- Lead and support end-to-end testing, including payroll parallel runs and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop test plans, scripts, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Document processes, create training materials, and provide ongoing knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with WFM, payroll, nursing administration, and IT teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Present solutions and train users on system functionality.
- Provide hands-on production support during system transition and stabilization phase.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM and Kronos WFC Timekeeping modules.
- Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and CRT functional builds.
- Strong experience with integration testing, debugging, and Boomi or similar middleware tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency.
