Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling initiatives within a retail environment
- Implement and optimize scheduling strategies using ML-driven insights
- Drive accurate volume and labor forecasting
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable configurations
- Work closely with site and business leaders to enhance scheduling performance
- Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base
- Lead workstream planning and delivery
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos)
- Expertise in UKG Advanced Scheduling, including ML optimization
