Summary: The UKG Kronos Consultant - Integrations role is focused on the design, implementation, and configuration of the Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) application, specifically version 8.0. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) application.
  • Lead large-scale Kronos Workforce Central implementations for multinational customers.
  • Conduct business requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, and testing.
  • Configure Kronos Clocks using Workforce Device Manager (WDM) and Setup Data Manager (SDM).
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including clients and external vendors.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with senior executives.
  • Analyze and solve problems effectively.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) application.
  • Experience with Kronos WFC version 8.0, including Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
  • Experience leading large-scale implementations for multinational clients.
  • Proficiency in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
  • Ability to configure Kronos Clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • At least 5 years of experience in design| implementation and configuring Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) application.Experience in Kronos WFC version 8.0 Workforce Timekeeper|
