Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 12+ Years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in integrating and configuring Workforce Management platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management integrations.
- Experience integrating Legion Workforce Management solutions.
- Proven experience integrating workforce management, HR, payroll, and legacy enterprise systems.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system environments requiring enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system connectivity.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working directly with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
