Summary: We are seeking an experienced UKG Implementation Consultant to lead a high-impact implementation project for a leading organization. This hands-on contract role requires expertise in UKG solutions and collaboration across various functions. The position is remote, with a contract duration of 6-12 months and potential for extension. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of UKG modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, or HCM).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to capture requirements and configure the solution accordingly.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training as needed.
- Ensure smooth data migration, integration, and go-live support.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering UKG (Kronos/Ultimate) implementations - preferably across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of workforce management, HCM, and/or payroll processes.
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting or project role.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
