Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize workforce scheduling processes to align with business goals and labor compliance standards.
- Customize and configure scheduling rules, pay codes, accruals, and timekeeping policies.
- Provide expertise in data migration, system integration, and reporting within UKG environments.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation phases.
- Deliver end-user training and documentation for system usage and best practices.
- Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules.
- Strong understanding of labor compliance, union rules, and scheduling best practices.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations using APIs, middleware, or other tools.
- Proficiency in configuring pay rules, accruals, scheduling rules, and timekeeping workflows.
