Key Responsibilities:
- Design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architecture across healthcare environments.
- Architect integrations between UiPath, Epic EHR, payer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and governance models for the Automation CoE.
- Lead solution design reviews, architecture approvals, and technical decision-making for complex automation initiatives.
- Design HIPAA-compliant solutions with strong security, audit logging, credential management, and PHI protection.
- Drive intelligent automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI capabilities.
- Collaborate with business, IT, Epic, security, and executive stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and strategy.
- Mentor senior developers and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for architecture and integration challenges.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of overall UiPath RPA experience.
