Summary: The UiPath Project Manager will lead full lifecycle automation projects within the healthcare sector, managing multiple initiatives to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The position demands strong project management skills, particularly in UiPath, and a solid understanding of healthcare operations and workflows. The ideal candidate will also provide executive-level reporting and governance oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle UiPath automation projects from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
  • Manage multiple concurrent healthcare automation initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Drive process discovery workshops, solution design sessions, UAT, deployment planning, and production readiness.
  • Track project KPIs including cost savings, FTE reduction, cycle-time improvements, and operational efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare security standards, and organizational governance policies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including UiPath Developers, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams.
  • Support automation CoE governance, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance oversight.

Key Skills:

  • Strong UiPath Project Management experience with successful delivery of enterprise-scale automation programs.
