Summary: We are seeking a UiPath Business Analyst with strong Epic EHR expertise and healthcare provider operations knowledge to join our Intelligent Automation CoE. The role involves leading process discovery, documenting requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and supporting testing and compliance validation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare workflows and automation opportunities. Certifications in relevant areas are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process discovery & identify automation opportunities
• Document requirements (PDDs, SDDs, BRDs) & process maps
• Collaborate with clinical, HIM, revenue cycle & IT stakeholders
• Support testing, UAT, compliance validation & change management
