Summary: The UI/UX Developer role focuses on conducting user research and collaborating with product teams to develop user-centered design solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct research activities and collaborative development sessions to understand user needs.
- Work closely with product teams to uncover business needs and communicate development solutions.
- Conduct and improve user research and testing to elicit requirements and usability issues.
- Create iterative UX deliverables such as user flows, IA diagrams, prototypes, and visual layouts.
- Provide accurate estimates of time to complete various UX phases of a project.
- Effectively communicate research findings and development rationale both verbally and visually.
- Participate in agile process activities such as iteration planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct research activities and collaborative Development sessions to fully understand our users and their needs
Work closely with the product teams to uncover business needs development strategies and communicate your development solutions
Development conduct and continuously improve user research and testing to elicit requirements and usability issues as well as to guide product acceptance
Create iterative UX deliverables such as task user flows IA diagrams prototypes high and low fidelity and visual layouts
Provide reasonably accurate estimates of time to complete the various UX phases of a project
Effectively communicate research findings conceptual ideas and detailed Development rationale both verbally and visually Participate in established agile process activities such as iteration planning stand ups iteration demos and retrospectives
Competencies Skills:
Seasoned understanding of user centered Development methodology research and testing techniques information architecture and user centered Development methodology
Demonstrated ability to create elegant solutions to complex interconnected user workflow problems

Requirements:
8 years of professional experience in user experience Development user research interaction Development and or visual interactive Development required
Experience with Development tools such as Figma Adobe CS Miro rapid prototyping tools diagramming and flow chart tools etc required
A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant user centered Development processes and solutions required
Experience in development and weaving together a strong interaction Development and a robust visual Development to produce a seamless effortless experience required
Experience working in or building Development Systems required
Experience in a large scale iterative software development environment preferred
Experience Development for and within enterprise software platforms preferred
