AVA Consulting is seeking an UI/UX Designer V

Job Description:

• As a Designer V on the client s Shipping team, you'll have the opportunity to craft elegant, user-friendly experiences that tackle complex customer and business challenges.
• This is a strategic role where your work will directly impact millions of client s sellers globally. We're looking for a collaborative designer who balances strengths in design strategy, interaction design, visual craft, and prototyping. We're looking for a designer with expertise in the creation of frameworks and scalable systems. You'll join a supportive, cross-functional team that values diverse perspectives and creative problem-solving. What you will accomplish:

• Create outstanding, user-centered designs incorporating business requirements, product requirements, customer research insights, and your design expertise
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
• Leverage client's existing design system into your solutions while also being able to thoughtfully contribute new additions to it
• Participate in user research, testing, and product discovery
• Work with product managers and cross functional partners to influence product strategy and create beautiful, scalable framework design solutions that delight our customers
• Drive product discovery through workshops and design sprint facilitation

Requirement:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design
• Experience designing and launching scalable frameworks and systems
• Expertise creating effective presentations, presenting multiple design directions and tradeoffs, with content appropriately tailored to the audience
• Expert level skills in design and prototyping with Figma
• Expert level skills designing across multiple devices across mobile and desktop

Nice to have:

• BS Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent
