Summary: The UI/UX Designer will lead the transformation of a Code on Time Construction ERP into a modern SaaS platform using ReactJS and Tailwind CSS, focusing on product design for complex applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive SaaS workflows and interfaces.
- Audit the current ERP interface to identify pain points and modernization opportunities.
- Create Figma wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for ERP modules and dashboards.
- Design responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components optimized for ReactJS + Tailwind CSS.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library for long-term product scalability.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
- Balance data density and clarity to support efficiency in professional workflows.

Key Skills:
