Key Responsibilities:

  • Start with UI: Translate requirements into clear, data-rich page layouts, ensuring content is presented in a way that's visually engaging, intuitive, and accessible.
  • Refine with UX: Once the UI foundation is in place, optimize workflows, interactions, and navigation to ensure users can move through tasks smoothly and efficiently.
  • Design & Prototype: Create low-fidelity designs for quick iterations and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate both visual polish and logical user flow.
  • Collaborate & Build: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Contribute to the Design System: Expand and maintain Stronghold's design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Design, UI/UX, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years in product design with a strong emphasis on UI, supported by UX expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools; familiarity with front-end implementation is a plus.
  • Experience turning static layouts into user journeys that feel natural and reduce friction.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar, with the ability to deliver developer-ready designs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and work effectively with developers and product managers.
  • Willingness to iterate, incorporate feedback, and evolve designs from concept to final implementation.
