Summary: The UI/UX Designer role involves overseeing design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality and accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of design projects to completion, ensuring that they meet quality/accessibility standards and deadlines
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to deliver on the creative vision
- Work alongside various teams to deliver exemplary client experiences and lead high-energy ideation sessions with internal teams and clients that spur new thinking
- Contribute to interactive design projects in collaboration with designers and internal teams
- Provides performance management, guidance, training, and direction to members of the development teams
- Ensure operational processes and overall compliance of organization expectations are achieved relative to creative quality and firm branding
- Manage stakeholder relationships and functions as a point of contact to advise and consult on projects to influence internal client behavior
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in user interface design/experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in interactive design, communications, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of creative influence and portfolio of design executions and technology innovations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated experiences in understanding and upholding brand standards and strong understanding of design principles, including typography, imagery, UX/UI, and layout; working knowledge and understanding of design apps and digital web-based platforms
- Knowledge and application of accessibility standards
- A Plus: Proven experience successfully leading and executing creative campaigns and experience with internal communications, business transformation, change management, and a working knowledge of AI
