Ui Developer

We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer with backend experience in Java and/or Python (8-10 years of experience) to design, build, make, reliable and optimize scalable web applications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance React.js applications using modern frontend engineering practices.
• Strong professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js (4-6 years).
• Optimize React applications by reducing unnecessary renders and improving runtime performance using techniques such as useMemo, useCallback, React.memo, and efficient component design.
• Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to reusable component libraries or design systems.
• Strong understanding of frontend application performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability.
• Architect frontend solutions from the ground up, ensuring maintainability, reusability, performance, and long-term scalability.
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems to support consistent user experiences across applications.
• Implement complex state management patterns using Redux Toolkit, React Context, or similar solutions, selecting the right approach based on application complexity and scalability needs.
• Hands-on backend development experience with Java and/or Python (4-6 years), including building or integrating RESTful APIs, backend services, or microservices.
• Testing Strategy: Proficiency in setting up comprehensive testing pyramids, including unit testing (Jest), integration testing (React Testing Library), and E2E testing
• OAuth and Okta authentication experience (implementing secure sign-in, token handling, and integration with Okta/OIDC).

Nice to Have

• Micro-Frontends: Experience breaking down large monolithic SPAs into independently deployable, loosely coupled micro-frontends.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with deploying React applications to cloud platforms (AWS) and integrating frontend builds into CI/CD pipelines
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders
