UC Solutions Architect

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team for a new project involving a private Voice Over IP system using Cisco Call Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unified communications and a deep understanding of Voice Over IP technologies. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Active MoD SC Clearance is required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven Experience as a Unified Communications Solution Architect, Unified Communications Architect, or Collaboration Architect.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies.
• Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) environments and migration programmes.
• Experience designing and delivering VoIP migration projects within large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable Experience reviewing and creating HLDs and LLDs.
• Experience working with Legacy platforms and defining migration strategies to modern communications solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
