UAT Test Engineer

Summary: The UAT Test Engineer role focuses on ensuring the quality of mortgage-related software through user acceptance testing. Candidates must have hands-on experience with the Encompass Loan Origination System and a solid understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle. The position is remote and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to execute comprehensive UAT cycles. Experience with defect management tools and Agile methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle and loan origination process.
• Experience on Vesta Platform is a plus.
• Experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple integrated applications.
• Ability to create test scenarios, test cases, and execute comprehensive UAT cycles.
• Experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and business users.
