Summary: The UAT Test Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for .NET and Angular applications. This role involves validating business requirements, managing defects, and ensuring the functionality and security of applications through rigorous testing processes. The analyst will collaborate with business users and development teams to facilitate UAT sessions and ensure successful project delivery. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for .NET and Angular applications
- Develop UAT test scenarios and test cases based on real business workflows
- Execute UAT test cases for UI, backend services, and end-to-end system functionality
- Validate Angular UI behavior, navigation, and form validations
- Verify .NET backend logic, business rules, and API responses
- Log, track, and manage UAT defects using tools such as JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Work closely with development and QA teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve issues
- Perform retesting and regression testing after fixes
- Validate integrations between the .NET application and external systems (REST APIs, third-party services)
- Verify data accuracy across UI, backend, and database layers
- Validate reports, exports, and data processing results
- Validate role-based access control, authentication, and authorization
- Verify SSO, MFA, and user permissions where applicable
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements
- Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and SMEs
- Facilitate UAT walkthroughs and demos
- Collect business sign-off and document acceptance results
- Support UAT environment readiness and test data setup
- Perform smoke testing before production releases
- Assist with post-deployment validation
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
