Summary: The UAT Test Analyst role focuses on supporting an IFS ERP implementation through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. The position requires collaboration with business users to define and execute test scenarios, coordinate test cycles, and ensure alignment with business processes. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to sites and is outside IR35. The contract duration is for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end UAT phase for an IFS ERP programme
- Work with business users to define and execute test scenarios
- Coordinate test cycles, defect tracking, and resolution
- Ensure test coverage aligns to business processes and requirements
- Act as the bridge between business users, IT, and delivery teams
- Support UAT readiness, reporting, and sign-off activities
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a UAT Test Analyst on ERP programmes
- Experience working on IFS ERP (or similar ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of business process testing
- Experience managing defects and test cycles
- Confident engaging with non-technical business stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced delivery environment

We’re supporting an IFS ERP implementation and are looking for an experienced UAT Test Analyst to support the business through User Acceptance Testing.
The Role
Support end-to-end UAT phase for an IFS ERP programme
Work with business users to define and execute test scenarios

Ensure test coverage aligns to business processes and requirements

What They’re Looking For
Proven experience as a UAT Test Analyst on ERP programmes
Ideally Experience working on IFS ERP (or similar ERP systems)
Strong understanding of business process testing
Experience managing defects and test cycles
Confident engaging with non-technical business stakeholders
Able to work in a fast-paced delivery environment
