Summary: The UAT Business Lead for HR Transformation is responsible for managing user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, collaborating with QA and IT teams, and guiding UAT testers to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong HR systems knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress and defect management. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the centralized QA Lead for defining UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with the QA Lead regarding validation of user stories and test cases; help identify and recruit appropriate business users for UAT.
- Coordinate UAT testing training for UAT testers and ensure access for participants.
- Monitor UAT test execution and progress; ensure testers understand expectations and follow test scripts accurately.
- Track completion of test cases and help prioritize issue resolution during the testing cycle; escalate critical defects or blockers and collaborate with IT/technical teams to resolve them.
- Provide regular updates on business testing progress, issues, and readiness risks to stakeholders.
