• Seasoned Product Owner with 5+ years of experience as Technical PO

Must have skills –

• DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
• Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
• Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria
• Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background
• Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
