Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently own the Credit Management configuration within S/4HANA, collaborating with consultants and managing testing and solution delivery.
  • Enhance risk scoring capabilities in S/4HANA by automating updates to customer credit risk parameters.
  • Refine and automate credit limit adjustments in S/4HANA through advanced formulas.
  • Lead regional Treasury & Credit deployment initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness.
  • Represent Treasury & Credit in regional deployment meetings, providing status updates and addressing obstacles.
  • Identify existing gaps, assess potential risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Report risks, issues, and escalations to Treasury & Credit leadership promptly.
  • Advocate for standardized global processes in accordance with the organization’s banking strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional Treasury & Credit process teams regarding ERP governance and key deliverables.
  • Monitor essential deliverables and project milestones to guarantee timely completion.
  • Support comprehensive end-to-end testing of deployed Treasury & Credit functionalities.
  • Extract and format customer and credit data from legacy systems for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with SAP security role profile assignments and conduct related testing for newly deployed countries.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and training resources in partnership with Organizational Change Management.

Key Skills:

  • 4 to 5 end-to-end implementation cycles in SAP S/4HANA.
  • 3 years of strong practitioner experience in SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR).
  • 10 years of technical expertise in providing data via Excel, Data Queries, XML translation, Power BI.
  • Programming language experience: C++, Python, Java, Visual Basic, SQL.
  • Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Conversion.
  • Experience with other SAP S/4HANA modules: Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, and Financial Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and/or basic data extraction.

As the Treasury ERP Deployment Lead, you will spearhead all Treasury and Credit related deployment activities within your assigned region, ensuring timely delivery and gate readiness.

Responsibilities:
