Summary: This role as a Transformation Test Analyst involves working on large-scale transformation initiatives within a globally recognized law firm. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure that new systems and processes meet business needs. The role is remote and focuses on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to deliver real value. Candidates should have proven experience in UAT within transformation projects, particularly in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) aligned to evolving business requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and scripts
- Support and guide business users throughout the UAT process
- Execute test cases and accurately record results
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Participate in defect triage sessions and support prioritisation
- Validate test outcomes with business stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive test evidence and documentation for audit purposes
- Assist in producing UAT reports and sign-off documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices within the transformation team
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing within transformation or system implementation projects
- Experience working within a law firm or legal sector
- Strong ability to design and execute test cases based on business requirements
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across business and technical teams
- Ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and requirements
- Prior experience in legal or financial services environments is advantageous
