We’re supporting a large-scale organisational transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead the implementation of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across the business. This is a hands-on transformation role focused on embedding new ways of working across multiple functions, translating TOM design into practical operational delivery, governance, accountability and sustainable adoption. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Technical & Operations, Data, People and Finance & Governance to drive alignment, define cross-functional processes, and ensure successful implementation of the future operating model. This role would suit someone who has delivered complex operating model transformation programmes and is comfortable operating across people, process, governance and organisational change.
