Key Responsibilities:

- Translate high-level conceptual designs into actionable formats for technical audiences.
- Work on large-scale transformations with various stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Legal/law firm experience.
- Strong business transformation experience.
- Understanding of data optimization, data models, and data flows.
- Experience with AI tools such as power platform, Agentic AI flows, and RPA.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

- 95% Remote - occasional travel (1/2x per month)
- Potential for contract to extend to 12 months
My client who are leaders in their field are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst with strong business transformation experience - someone that can look at the current processes and understand how they can optimise the processes for the business.
Must have an ability to look through the technical lens and business lens to be able to articulate themselves with the tech & architecture teams as well as the non-tech stakeholders.
Someone who has a strong understanding of data optimisation - data models, data flows
AI/tech tools - power platform, Agentic AI flows, RPA work, Co-pilot.
Needs to be a BA with proven legal experience, who has worked on large scale transformations with stakeholders at all levels.
Someone with experience of implementing or designing AI capabilities, Legal AI capabilities, automation, agentic AI flows and system interoperability is also essential.
Needs to be a self-starter
Role will dive into multiple things but predominantly focus on translating high level conceptual to-be designs into digestible/easy to solutionise formats for technical audiences eg Architecture.
