Key Responsibilities:

- Incorporate jurisdiction-specific statutory and regulatory interpretation.
- Frame research questions requiring synthesis of statutory text, agency guidance, case law, and legislative history where appropriate.
- Ensure questions mirror real client matters and practical legal challenges rather than academic hypotheticals.
- Structure research problems clearly so they can be addressed through professional legal research.
Key Skills:
- 4–7+ years of law firm experience in transactional or regulatory legal practice.
