Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer (Contract)
NV Energy is seeking a Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer to support Oracle NMS deployments through March 2027. This part-time contract role (20-30 hours/week) focuses on end-user readiness, training delivery, and adoption support.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate training materials and documentation.
- Develop training workflows and user support resources.
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions.
- Deliver live end-user training sessions.
- Coach and support super users and end users.
- Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
- Obtain NERC CIP certification as required.
- Travel as needed (reimbursable expenses only).
Qualifications
- Senior-level end-user training experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle NMS solutions.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in creating workflows and training content.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.
- Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Contract Term
Immediate through March 31, 2027
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Location: Remote with occasional travel required.
