Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging training materials such as guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Lead virtual training sessions and presentations for end users and stakeholders.
- Craft and deliver clear, strategic messaging aligned with organizational change efforts.
- Translate complex transitions from legacy systems to new solutions using infographics and visual aids.
- Attend meetings to gather insights from end users and engage with users to understand the impact of changes.
- Balance time between content creation and team collaboration.
- Develop communication materials such as monthly newsletters and short videos.
- Facilitate training sessions, typically scheduled monthly or bi-monthly.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in employee training and instructional delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe editing tools.
- Strong public speaking skills and comfort delivering training in front of diverse audiences.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to develop training content.
- Ability to follow organizational style guides and produce high-quality training resources.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Silverlake is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise acceptable).
- Strong graphic design capabilities, especially with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Training Responsibilities Content Development: Design and develop engaging training materials such as guides, job aids, and e-learning modules. Facilitation: Lead virtual training sessions and presentations for end users and stakeholders. Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Articulate 360 is required (experience with either Storyline or Rise is acceptable). Communication Responsibilities Corporate Communication: Craft and deliver clear, strategic messaging aligned with organizational change efforts. Change Storytelling: Translate complex transitions from legacy systems to new solutions using infographics and visual aids. Design Skills: Strong graphic design capabilities are a plus, especially with: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) SharePoint Daily/Weekly/Monthly Duties Daily: Attend meetings (9 AM-5 PM) to gather insights from end users. Engage with users to understand the impact of changes and build confidence in new tools and processes. Weekly: Balance time between content creation and team collaboration. Develop communication materials such as: Monthly newsletters Short videos and updates explaining key changes Monthly/Bi-Monthly: Facilitate training sessions, typically scheduled monthly or bi-monthly due to course development timelines. Ideal Candidate Attributes Strategic Communicator: Capable of independently developing and executing communication plans. Tech Translator: Able to absorb technical information and explain it in clear, user-friendly language. Self-Starter: Works independently with minimal supervision and proactively plans next steps. Supportive Onboarding: Onboarding will be shared among team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in employee training and instructional delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe editing tools.
Demonstrated ability to create and present training materials, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong public speaking skills and comfort delivering training in front of diverse audiences.
Experience working with subject matter experts to develop training content based on their input.
Ability to follow organizational style guides and utilize various tools to produce high-quality training resources.
Familiarity with financial systems such as Silverlake is preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions during system transitions.
