A professional membership organisation based in central London is looking to recruit a Training Administrator to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to existing members undertaking further professional qualifications.Key Responsibilities Of The Training AdministratorEnsure a high level of customer service to members and prospective members while providing administrative support and guidance on a range of qualification-related concerns.Act as first point of contact for all course-related queries from members.Ensure that qualification information on online channels and website, such as policy documents and guidance, is accurate and up-to-date.Provide secretarial support to related committees, including drafting and circulating agendas and recording minutes.Support the success of related projects, including by organising events and liaising with external regulatory bodies.Skills, Qualifications And Experience For The Training AdministratorEducated to degree standard or equivalent.Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a customer-focused outlook.CRM/database input and management experience is desirable.Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Salary And Durationc 18.00 per hour.Full-time, temporary role, due to start quickly and lasting until the end of December.Central London-based, with provision for remote working 3 days per week.For more information and to apply for this vacancy please email your CV to Marcus today.
