Summary: The role of TrackWise Consultant involves providing technical and functional expertise in the development, configuration, integration, and maintenance of the TrackWise Quality Management System (QMS). The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and quality teams to implement enterprise quality processes while ensuring compliance and scalability. The position requires a strong background in TrackWise and related technologies. The role is remote and contract-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize TrackWise workflows, forms, fields, coordinators, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain TrackWise modules including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Audit Management, and Complaints.
- Create and maintain Single Reports, Multi Reports, and Query Views (QV).
- Manage user roles, security profiles, permissions, and access controls.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between TrackWise and external enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain interfaces using TrackWise IWS/OWS APIs.
- Develop SOAP and REST web services using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Support data synchronization between TrackWise, SAP, BI platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and support database maintenance activities.
- Support TrackWise upgrades, patch implementations, and migration activities.
- Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, and integration issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions.
- Coordinate with business users, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
