Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in automation and testing tools including TOSCA, BrowserStack, Postman, ReadyAPI, Selenium, and Playwright frameworks
  • Lead and coordinate squad-level end-to-end test execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Review, enhance, and maintain test scripts, workflows, and automation suites to support release cycles
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation testers, fostering technical growth and best practices
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation, reporting, and traceability of all test activities
  • Collaborate closely with squad leaders and senior leadership to align on priorities, quality standards, and delivery timelines
  • Drive training initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement across QA teams
  • Monitor and improve quality metrics, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high client satisfaction
