Summary: The Title Processor & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service. This role requires managing title work from various sources, responding to customer inquiries, and conducting quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity. A strong background in Quality Assurance, compliance, and KYC procedures is essential for success in this position. The role is a permanent work-from-home independent contractor position, requiring self-management of benefits and taxes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of vehicle titles, aiming for a minimum of 15 titles per day.
- Efficient management of title work received from various sources.
- Maintaining accurate documentation for all title processing activities.
- Assisting in customer inquiries via portal and email.
- Acknowledging receipt of customer emails on the same day.
- Responding to customer status emails within 1 business day.
- Minimizing title rejections by adhering to procedures and staying informed on regulations.
- Updating and maintaining cheat sheets with the latest requirements.
- Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on data accuracy.
- Verifying data integrity across multiple platforms and databases.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including KYC.
- Identifying and documenting data discrepancies and compliance issues.
- Generating and maintaining QA reports and metrics.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Staying updated on compliance and regulatory changes.
- Learning and utilizing multiple software systems.
