Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, configure, and implement solutions within Epic Tapestry Managed Care.
  • Configure and optimize Utilization Management (UM) workflows, including Service Authorizations, Referrals, UM Profiles, Auto Status Assignment Logic, Referral Triggers, Workqueues, and Letters.
  • Translate complex business, operational, and clinical requirements into Epic system configurations.
  • Collaborate with business owners, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and system functionality.
  • Lead and execute unit testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while troubleshooting and resolving build-related issues.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure Epic configurations align with payer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Support workflow optimization, process improvements, and production issue resolution.
