Summary: The Assurance Leader for the EVP Corporate Finance is a strategic role focused on developing and leading a comprehensive Test Strategy for large-scale implementations. This position requires substantial hands-on experience in testing and implementation assurance, with responsibilities including preparing executive reports and guiding participants through assurance phases. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive, end-to-end Test Strategy combining both Technical and Business Testing into a unified plan.
- Exhibit diligence, proactive communication, and the capability to guide all participants through every assurance phase.
- Deliver updates directly to senior leaders, ensuring that key stakeholders remain informed.
- Ensure the Test Strategy is comprehensive, fully resourced across all streams, and remains within budget.
- Produce a clear, actionable approach and a detailed end-to-end plan without exception.
- Drive a rigorous Stage Gate Process, establishing clear criteria for every project phase.
- Oversee all aspects of Test Management execution, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues or defects.
- Provide regular, clear reporting at Steering Committees and Senior Forums to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Serve as the primary contact for any end-to-end Testing concerns, working closely with the Programme Leader to drive prompt, effective solutions.
