  • Develop and lead a comprehensive, end-to-end Test Strategy combining both Technical and Business Testing into a unified plan.

  • Deliver updates directly to senior leaders, ensuring that key stakeholders remain informed.
  • Ensure the Test Strategy is comprehensive, fully resourced across all streams, and remains within budget.
  • Produce a clear, actionable approach and a detailed end-to-end plan without exception.
  • Drive a rigorous Stage Gate Process, establishing clear criteria for every project phase.
  • Oversee all aspects of Test Management execution, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues or defects.
  • Provide regular, clear reporting at Steering Committees and Senior Forums to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for any end-to-end Testing concerns, working closely with the Programme Leader to drive prompt, effective solutions.

NOTE: Given the critical nature of this position, we are seeking someone with substantial, hands-on experience in testing and implementation assurance-not just basic Test Management or short-term projects. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered.
Description:
  • Need to be a seasoned leader who can not only create a Test strategy for large scale Implementations but also prepare Exec reports for C Level execs.
The Assurance Leader must:
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive, end-to-end Test Strategy combining both Technical and Business Testing into a unified plan.
  • Exhibit diligence, proactive communication, and the capability to guide all participants through every assurance phase.
  • Deliver updates directly to me or another senior leader, ensuring that key stakeholders-including Business Sponsors, Steering Groups, Service Partners, and Operational Teams-remain informed.
