Test Manager

• Manage testing in the software test life cycle through analysis, design and planning, execution, and closure stages.
• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure software products meet high standards of functionality, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Implement effective testing strategies and guide the testing team.
• Promote continuous improvement throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Identify potential risks early and contribute to smooth software delivery.
• Build trust in the Technology team's delivery among its customers.
