Summary: The Test Manager role focuses on leading the end-to-end test life cycle for a large-scale ERP transformation programme within the public sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end test life cycle, from planning and design through execution and reporting
  • Create and manage test strategies, plans, cases, reports, and quality metrics
  • Conduct regression testing, business test execution, and defect management
  • Ensure robust testing across ERP financial modules: Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the best tools and methodologies for effective test delivery

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in manual testing of ERP Financial systems - ideally Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials or SAP ERP
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL for data validation and testing support
  • Clear understanding of ERP financial processes (RTR, OTC, PTP)
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (eg JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr)
  • Familiarity with functional testing tools and structured testing methodologies
  • Recent and relevant public sector project experience is essential

Atrium EMEA is supporting a leading public sector client in their search for an experienced Test Manager to join a large-scale ERP transformation programme.
To be considered, candidates must have recent experience delivering test management on public sector or government projects, ideally within complex, regulated environments.

Location: Fully remote (UK-based only)
Contract: Initial 6 months
Rate: £400-£440/day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
