Summary: The Test Manager role focuses on leading the end-to-end test life cycle for a large-scale ERP transformation programme within the public sector. Candidates must possess recent experience in test management, particularly in complex and regulated environments. The position is fully remote and requires expertise in ERP financial systems, specifically Oracle or SAP. The contract is for an initial duration of six months with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end test life cycle, from planning and design through execution and reporting
  • Create and manage test strategies, plans, cases, reports, and quality metrics
  • Conduct regression testing, business test execution, and defect management
  • Ensure robust testing across ERP financial modules: Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the best tools and methodologies for effective test delivery

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in manual testing of ERP Financial systems - ideally Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials or SAP ERP
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL for data validation and testing support
  • Clear understanding of ERP financial processes (RTR, OTC, PTP)
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (eg JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr)
  • Familiarity with functional testing tools and structured testing methodologies
  • Recent and relevant public sector project experience is essential

Atrium EMEA is supporting a leading public sector client in their search for an experienced Test Manager to join a large-scale ERP transformation programme.
To be considered, candidates must have recent experience delivering test management on public sector or government projects, ideally within complex, regulated environments.

Location: Fully remote (UK-based only)
Contract: Initial 6 months
Rate: £400-£440/day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
