Summary: The role of Test Lead focuses on leading QA activities for a greenfield Workday HR implementation within a large energy and commodities trading organization. Ink Search are representing a large, prestigious energy and commodities trading organisation based in Zurich. They have a 100m EURO, 4 year technology transformation programme to overhaul their entire systems estate. As part of this programme, they have a requirement for a Senior QA/Hands on Test Lead to lead the QA activities on their new HRIS system - Workday HR. They are looking for a dynamic QA, competent at design and delivery of an appropriate Test Strategy for a greenfield Workday HR implementation. You'll be hands on, happy to roll up your sleeves and lead the UAT, Performance Testing and Penetration Testing across the programme. Successful applicants MUST have experience working as a QA/Test Lead on a greenfield Workday HR implementation within a large, complex business. You'll have excellent knowledge of the Workday HR system, excellent stakeholder management, excellent functional test experience and be looking for an opportunity on a greenfield 18 month programme, starting November 25.

The role is 90%+ remote with occasional expensed business travel to Zurich. English language skills are essential, German an advantage.
